- Contact form — first name, last name, email address, business name (optional), service needed, approximate budget (optional), and your project details.
- Free Checklist download — your name and email address.
- Booking a call — if you book a call via Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any details you provide when scheduling. See Calendly's own privacy policy for how they handle this.
How your data is used
- To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
- To send the requested checklist PDF and a short related follow-up email sequence to checklist subscribers.
- To manage and confirm bookings made via Calendly.
- To improve this website and the services I offer.
I will not sell your data, and I will not send you marketing you didn't ask for.
Where your data is stored and processed
Personal data submitted through this site is processed using the following third-party services, each under their own privacy and security policies:
- Supabase — database storage for form submissions and checklist subscriber records.
- Resend — sends the checklist PDF and follow-up email sequence.
- Calendly — handles call bookings and scheduling.
- Vercel — hosts this website and processes form submissions via serverless functions.
All third-party API calls are handled server-side; your data is never exposed to other users of this site.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses two analytics tools to understand overall visitor traffic and improve the site:
- Vercel Analytics — collects anonymised page view and performance data. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
- Google Analytics — collects information about how visitors use this site, such as pages viewed and general location. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. Where required by law, you'll be asked for consent before these cookies are set. You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. No data collected through either tool is used to personally identify you.
Email follow-ups
If you download the free checklist, you'll receive a short, limited sequence of follow-up emails related to that download. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email, or by emailing me directly.
How long your data is kept
Contact form enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Checklist subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data I hold about you.
- Ask me to correct or delete it.
- Withdraw consent for email communications at any time.
